Trolley-type firing furnace

Alme kilns are energy-saving electric furnaces strongly promoted by the state. They are mainly used for drying, degreasing, and sintering precision ceramics, ceramic substrates, and target materials, as well as for heat treatment of alloy steel products, various metal parts such as normalizing, quenching, and annealing, or for high-temperature sintering of diamond cutting blades.

The following is an introduction to a cart-type high-temperature device:

Equipment Name: Cart-type Firing Furnace

Purpose of the equipment: To remove glue and degrease from ceramic products, etc.

Heating method: Electric heating

Heating source: resistance band

Firing temperature: 920 degrees Celsius

Furnace atmosphere: air atmosphere

Trolley dimensions: 750*1000mm

Firing capacity: Approximately 500kg (output varies depending on the product); customization is available.

Heating rate: 300 degrees/hour (empty furnace)

Furnace dimensions: 1110(W)*1360(D)*770(H)mm

External dimensions: 2000(W)*4000(D)*1800(H)mm

Effective loading dimensions: 750(W)*1000(D)*500(H)mm

Uniform temperature area: approximately 650 (W) * 900 (D) * 400 (H)

Temperature uniformity: ±10 degrees (tested in a uniform temperature zone, with an empty furnace held at 920 degrees for 2 hours).

Firing atmosphere: air atmosphere

Number of trolleys: 1 (provides one layer of platform 240*240*30)

Insulation materials: 1400 ceramic fiber blocks are used for insulation on the sides and top, 1600 MAF blanket is used for the inner lining, and fiberboard and refractory bricks are used for insulation on the bottom. Multiple ceramic struts are used to support the platform at the bottom to prevent the trolley from directly contacting the insulation material and to ensure that the furnace bed can support heavy components.

Drive method: The trolley is electrically propelled.

Heating method: The furnace uses five-sided heating, namely four side heating elements and one bottom heating element, with the side and bottom heating elements controlled in two zones. The heating elements are resistance bands, and their special arrangement ensures uniform heating temperature within the furnace.

Temperature measurement method: Three K-type thermocouples are used, two for temperature control and one for temperature recording, to improve equipment safety and ensure temperature control accuracy.
