■ The RQ-14 series gas furnace is used for sintering fine ceramics and other products with sintering temperatures up to 1350°C.

1. The furnace door rises, and the trolley is pulled out for loading/unloading;
2. The furnace is heated by six natural gas burners, and the flue gas is secondary combusted by one natural gas burner.
3. Employs S-type thermocouples for multi-zone temperature control;
4. The insulation material uses Arsel’s patented 1500FB composite module, which does not shed slag and does not affect the sintered product. The multi-layer design reduces heat loss and improves heating efficiency.
5. Touch screen control: There are two sets of trolleys, one set for sintering inside the furnace and the other set for standby outside the furnace, which improves production efficiency.
