RBD Series Carriage Lifting High-Temperature Electric Furnace (Preheated Air Type) Overview
The RBD18 series high-temperature lifting furnace (preheated air type) is a high-precision high-temperature electric furnace. The equipment features an independent air preheating system that preheats the air to 200℃ before evenly distributing it into the furnace body. It uses silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, with three-zone temperature control to ensure temperature uniformity of ±5℃ in the high-temperature section. The usable temperature range is 1500~1700℃. The furnace lining is made entirely of high-temperature resistant alumina ceramic fiberboard using imported raw materials, and the insulation layer uses nanomaterials with low thermal conductivity.
Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃, temperature uniformity With a temperature range of ±5℃, it heats up quickly, with the fastest heating rate ≤5℃/min.
