Alme fiberboard uses refractory fibers as raw material and employs a wet vacuum forming process. Through precise control of compression and temperature, it ensures seamless, high-density boards. The product range includes three main series: 1050 ceramic fiberboard, high-alumina fiberboard, and zirconium-containing fiberboard. Its compressive strength is higher than traditional fiber blankets, while also possessing low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, and precise dimensional characteristics. Its excellent resistance to thermal erosion allows it to withstand temperatures above 1000℃ for extended periods. It is suitable for applications such as expansion joints in the steel industry, hot-face linings in ceramic kilns, and pipelines in petrochemical conversion furnaces, effectively extending equipment lifespan and reducing maintenance costs. 

Fiber blankets: flexible, heat-insulating, and energy-saving.

As a fibrous thermal insulation material, Alme fiber blankets are made from aluminosilicate fibers using a dry needle-punching process, resulting in a smooth surface, excellent flexibility, and a shrinkage rate of less than 5%. Products are available in standard, high-purity, and polycrystalline mullite types. The polycrystalline fiber blankets can operate at temperatures exceeding 1400℃, offering 25%-40% higher energy efficiency compared to traditional refractory bricks. Their environmental friendliness is also outstanding; some products use alkali-free and boron-free formulas, making them biodegradable in bodily fluids and significantly reducing occupational health risks. Fiber blankets are used for thermal insulation of high-temperature equipment in metallurgy, chemical, and machinery industries, such as steel rolling furnaces, gas turbine combustion chambers, and aircraft engine insulation layers, becoming a key material for industrial energy conservation.

High-temperature kiln furniture: Precision manufacturing, quality assurance
