Ceramic Fiber Module

The fiber modules are manufactured by laminating and compressing high-quality blown fiber blankets to a set density. They are lightweight, feature low thermal conductivity, and deliver excellent energy-saving performance.

Secured to the furnace shell via a stainless steel anchoring system, the modules are further compressed during installation. Thanks to the fiber’s elasticity, after the binding straps are removed, the modules expand and interlock tightly to form a seamless, monolithic thermal insulation lining, achieving effective sealing and heat preservation. All metal components are located on the cold face of the lining and thus are not exposed to high temperatures, resulting in superior insulation performance and long service life.
Lightweight, low thermal conductivity, low energy consumption, and fast heating rate make them premium energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials.
