■ Fine ceramics and other materials are sintered at 1650 degrees Celsius.
1. Heating method: Silicon molybdenum rod;
2. Loading dimensions: 650L*650W*630HMM;
3. Sintering temperature: 1650°C for air atmosphere, 1350°C for nitrogen atmosphere;
4. Sintering atmosphere: The atmosphere inside the furnace can be quickly replaced by a nitrogen atmosphere using a vacuum pump. When the nitrogen flow rate is not less than 200 L/min, the oxygen content inside the furnace should not exceed 100 PPM.
5. Sintering capacity: 500KG/furnace
6. Heating rate: 300 degrees/hour
7. Temperature measurement method: Two type B thermocouples are used, one for temperature control and one for monitoring, and a purification furnace is provided.
1. Precise control using type B thermocouples;
2: Vacuum replacement is fast and efficient;
3. The insulation material is designed with multiple layers to reduce heat loss;
4: The furnace is heated from four sides to ensure uniform temperature inside the furnace.
